Brief and Research

Firstly, we will take time to understand your trade, your staff, your clients, and how you would like to develop your business. We spend time researching your area of business and analyse many factors including the location, and your competition.

What we provide:

The full commercial design package is a three-stage process including; 

• Concept 

• Design Development 

• Co-ordination and roll-out of design scheme

 

Concept:

• Initial consultation where we discuss the project requirements, expectations and timescales.

• We provide a design brief and quote for approval and the delivery schedule is agreed.

• A digital or physical concept board for review comprising of 2d plans or elevations, 3d visuals (if required), This will then give you the opportunity for feedback to ensure the design meets your expectations.

 

Design development and delivery:

This phase includes all the schedules required for the roll-out of the project. We will discuss any layout changes, lighting and produce detailed drawings of any furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), obtaining samples and prices, and creating storyboards. We work closely with you at all stages, encouraging you to be involved as much as you wish, to ensure you achieve the best result that's right for you. 

 

Co-ordination and roll-out of design scheme:

Throughout this stage, we will be available for meetings, calls and any input from the project manager/client / wider stakeholder team. We can liaise with suppliers, arrange delivery, assist you with advising contractors and overseeing the project on a design basis. Once the contractors have completed their work, we will help complete the scheme with dressings and displays.
