Terrace Rooms & Wine
The Terrace Rooms & Wine is a boutique hotel overlooking Ventnor Bay, housed within a magnificent Italianate mansion. We were appointed to transform the former bed and breakfast into a distinctive hospitality destination, designing five guest bedrooms, a bar, residents' lounge and immersive wine room while celebrating the building's Victorian character.

The Brief
We were approached to reimagine the boutique hotel's 5 bedrooms, bar, seating area, lounge and to create an immersive wine room. The design focused on creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere that felt refined, whilst making the most of the property's exceptional sea views and complementing the building's gorgeous historical architectural features.
Our Design Approach
We worked closely with the client to develop a design that reflected their vision while responding to the existing architecture. By carefully considering layouts, lighting, materials and bespoke details, we created a cohesive scheme that was both practical and visually distinctive.
