What to expect - a personalised design experience
Enquiry & brief
After you enquire, we’ll arrange a complimentary consultation to explore your vision and requirements for your home or business. We encourage you to share as much detail as possible so we can gain a clear understanding from the outset. When we kick-start your project, we’ll send you our tailored questionnaire and agree on a design direction, ensuring we’re aligned from the very beginning.
Concept
Once we’ve agreed on the brief and carried out our research, we move into the concept design stage. We generally include mood boards, layout plans, sketches and design boards to bring our ideas to life. Every detail is tailored to your style and needs. You’ll also receive a curated list of recommended items along with your own login to our design platform, giving you a clear and interactive view of your project.
Detailed design
You may wish to implement the concept yourself, but if you feel it would be beneficial to you and the tradespeople, the next stage includes lighting and electric plans, joinery CAD design (i.e. cabinetry, bar design, bespoke seating, etc), bathroom elevations including tiling and sanitaryware spec and details, 3D renders and internal elevations.
Site co-ordination
If you’d like our involvement through to completion, we work closely with contractors to ensure everything is delivered as expected, with regular site visits and meetings. This removes pressure and ensures peace of mind throughout. We can also manage the ordering of items, allowing you to benefit from trade discounts. Project management services are also available.

If you don’t have the time to manage the project yourself, or would simply like us to minimise the stress of implementation, we can take care of everything. From briefing trades and sourcing items to tracking timelines, resolving issues, and overseeing the full install, every detail is handled.
