Manor House Renovation | Binstead, Isle of Wight
A beautiful late 1870s property near Quarr in Binstead, this home has undergone an extensive and sympathetic renovation.
The first phase focused on much of the ground floor, reconfiguring the layout to suit modern living. This included the installation of underfloor heating, the removal of internal walls to create a spacious open-plan kitchen - now featuring a bespoke Harvey Jones design - as well as the addition of a cinema room, utility space, and a striking hallway with a glass viewing panel into the cellar below. Upstairs, the primary bedroom was fully refurbished, with a newly designed, larger ensuite and custom walk-in wardrobe joinery.
The second phase continued with the renovation of two further bedrooms, each with their own ensuite, and the addition of a dedicated makeup room.
This extensive and ongoing renovation has carefully balanced historic character with contemporary comfort, resulting in a truly exceptional family home.
